Serenity has been on a preschool waiting list since last August and this week they finally had an opening for her. But, first she needed another set of shots. Yesterday was the big day....we spent the morning at the doctors, then sent her off to preschool. She was so excited. (I was excited too because that means I can start taking classes at the college again - the semester starts next Monday.) On the way home she said, (in her best tired voice), "that was hard work". She also said the same thing to Jared when she got home, Jared responded with, "you think preschool is hard, just wait until you're in 3rd grade"!

We are all glad to have Shane home again (until next Wednesday). He took us miniature golfing last night (as a belated birthday surprise for Jared). We had a great time.

Wow! How exciting that Serenity gets to go to school now! How exciting that Jessica gets to go to school now, too.
You know, I keep waiting for you to post that Shane is going to be transferred permanently to Baltimore and that you'll be moving out here soon. I guess I can dream. :)
Congrats on getting back to school! That's so cool. I love the pic of your two kids together. Obviously there's a lot of love there.
