Happy Anniversary

Friday was our 11th Wedding Anniversary. We made reservations at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and planned to spend a half-day at Disneyland. We had a fun surprise when we checked in that afternoon. We were randomly selected as the "celebration family of the day"and our queen room was upgraded to a king suite!

The balcony was amazing. We had a perfect view of the fireworks. Our room was on the end of the wing so it had a balcony on the west and wrapped around to the north. Here is the view from the Disneyland side.

10 Years! ! !

It's crazy to think that its been 10 years already, I guess time really does fly when your having fun. August 21st was our 10 year wedding anniversary. Last year we started planning a trip to France to celebrate, but plans change and get postponed (we waited 8 years for a daughter... what's a few more years to wait for Paris?) Because we ended up being in Utah for the big day we decided we would go to dinner at La Caille, in Salt Lake City (I've wanted to go there since I was 16, so it was a pretty great second choice). It was amazing!
