February Update

Emma got her helmet.  What an ordeal.  This was supposed to be the easy part.  Blisters, rashes, swelling and allergic reactions, just to name a few.  She was supposed to be wearing it for 23 hours a day for about 2 months, but her body can only tolerate it for 2 hours at a time, 3 times a days....the good part is she rarely has it on when we go out, which means I don't have to deal with spectators and questions.  Can't wait to be done.

I finally squeezed in some sewing.  I made Sara and Emma matching dresses.....they turned out so cute and they were the easiest sewing project I have ever done.  After I took these pictures I added a mint green ribbon around the waist.

Sundays are dessert making day at our house.  Today Sara and Jared were making sugar cookies for Valentine's Day.  Jared was beating the eggs by juggling them and Sara put the butter under her armpits to soften it.

Poor, sweet Emma! I've caught bits and pieces via facebook, but would love to hear a full update. Will have to call soon and try to catch you.

Hope you're all doing well and will be hospital free for a very very long time!

Love, Bethany

I can't believe how fast Emma's hair is growing back. I think she has as much as Warren does. :) The dresses are adorable.
