Etiwanda Falls

Saturday we went hiking with Robert and the Christensen's up to Etiwanda Falls. It was the perfect day for a hike - cool and overcast. Everything was green and there were lots of wildflowers in bloom. Not many people know about Etiwanda Falls, that's one of the reasons we like it, and some people don't believe there's a waterfall. Soon it will be crowded though because the county is turning the area into a park - the North Etiwanda Preserve. Here's the new sign to prove it.
Here are the boys, Dallin, Robert, Jared and Joshua about halfway up the hike.

Fun hike! Looks like great fun! So pretty. Maybe I will convince Zack to wake up super early tomorrow and go... maybe not that means that I would have to as well. Have fun without Jared, we will enjoy having him here.

Our kids loved that hike. They just love waterfalls. I'm not so sure they would be that excited anymore after seeing the all the BIG waterfalls here. Every time we drive a long the Columbia Brooklyn goes "oh! look wadafal!"
It's too bad that Etiwanda falls is going to get more crowded. Looks like your kids just love the outdoors.
