This morning when Paris and I were out for our 5 mile run, we came up behind a group of walkers who had a dog without a leash. Their dog was walking behind them and it looked like a mean "junk yard" dog, so I called to them and asked if they could please hold their dog. This got the dog's attention and it came toward us and started attacking Paris, luckily the dog's owner finally ran over and grabbed his dog. I ended up taking Paris to the vet. She didn't have to get stitches, but she is pretty sore and cries when she tries to walk around. Pour baby!

I hate people. They are just stupid. You have a dog....I HAS TO BE ON A LEASH!!! I dont care how "nice" your dog is...I dont care how "mellow" your dog is...why is it that people at parks and on trails think that a leash is optional?!? I took Zoey out for a walk the other day and had a lady ask me if it was okay her two huge dogs went free on the trail. My answer? No, why would it be okay? Your spost to ALWAYS have your dog on a leash.

No...I don't know who the people are. I wish I did. It cost me $231 at the vet. It would be nice if THEY would pay it.
Poor doggie! The pictures make me sad. I hope she feels better soon.
